2022-2025 Strategic Plan
In late 2021 our board of directors met to discuss organizational priorities for the upcoming year and Strategic Planning was identified as a key objective for 2022. This 6-month process involved a community survey, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions and meetings with Berk Consulting. All of this paved the way toward a transformation strategy that defines our approach to revitalizing and strengthening downtown Stevenson’s economy.
This Strategic Plan for 2022-2025 is the finished product of our efforts. It is our roadmap to navigate forward with our community partners, volunteers, entrepreneurs and you!
Our Transformation Strategy
A Transformation Strategy is a foundation of the Main Street Approach. It is the singular overarching statement that describes our method to revitalize and strengthen Stevenson’s downtown district.
We activate the downtown district through placemaking and business support to make it the preferred destination for Stevenson area residents to spend time.
